  • 2 cups ragu old world style pasta sauc
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 15 ounces black beans (1 can, rinsed and drained)
  • 11 ounces Mexican style corn (1 can, drained)
  • 4 ounces chopped green chilies (1 can, undrained)
  • 2 1/4 ounces pitted olives (1 can, sliced, ripe)
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning mix (1 package, chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz)
  • 12 soft taco size whole wheat tortillas (8-in., warmed)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and tortillas in 4-1/2-quart slow cooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook covered at LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours. Stir in cheese. Serve on tortillas and garnish, if desired, with salsa and sour cream.

This was delicious. Made with 1 cup other spaghetti sauce (was already open), 8 oz can tomato sauce, 14 oz frozen corn (not Mexican). Didn't try the whole wheat tortillas this time.
