ah-maze-ing. We did the oil and garlic salt, roasting pan covered at 250 for 90 mins. Then i doctored some Carolina style bbq sauce to make it less sweet. Brushed it on every 30 mins (kept it covered and at 250) for another 3.5 hours (total cook time 5 hours). Moved them to another sheet pan, brushed more sauce broiled 4 minutes on high. flipped, sauced, broiled 3 minutes. they were perfect. will do again!

I cut the ribs in half (marbled pork country style ribs/cook more tender) and put a little salt on them. Placed them in glass baking dish with a little bit of water on the bottom. Covered them with BBQ sauce and baked for 2 hrs at 300 degrees - covered with foil. After 2 hrs - remove foil and drain water and extra grease. Add more BBQ and bake for an additional 30-45 min- uncovered. Tender and delicious. Can place under broiler or on the grill for extra smoky crunchy flavor at the end.
