Great, used a almost 6 lb chicken, checked it at 3 1/4 hours and it was done. I should have checked it earlier but it was still moist not over cooked.

Overall taste was good but the breast was a little dry. Cooked with butter under the skin

So juicy and tender. I was worried it would be dry, especially when the recipe doesn’t tell us to oil or butter the chicken. But it came out so juicy, the pan juices made for a delicious gravy and the skin on top was crispy.

Was amazing. Cooked it to the directions. Juicy and falling off bone. This will be the roasted chicken recipe I use from now on.

OMG. I have never roasted a chicken so long on a very low setting like 275. But when i tell you. This was one of the best ways to cook my chicken. All I have to say is CARCASS. Thats all that is left. I stuffed the cavity with Green Pepper, Lemon wedges, Onions and Butter. I seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt on the inside. The Outside i added Dill Weed and a little Paprika. IT TURNED OUT EXCELLENT. Very juicy. Extremely tender. So tender as I cut the meat literally fell off the bone. Great Recipe.

I rubbed olive oil and Italian seasoning over the chicken. I put half an onion, lemon and an apple inside the chicken. It turned out great but I did have to cook it about 30 mins longer than instructed. I saved the carcass to make bone broth.

This was a winner in my home. The chicken was moist (3hours and 20min) and I used herb de Provence instead of thyme. Super yummy!

I cooked a smaller chicken, about 3.5 lbs, only for 2.5 hours. Used garlic in the cavity as well and it turned out super moist and delicious! Will be my new, simple go to chicken recipie!

I was worried it would get dry halfway through cooking so I added a little chicken stock to the pan. Otherwise, it was perfect!

This is my Go To roasted chicken dinner recipe. Simple ingredients, doesn’t call for a lot but has a whole lotta taste! I just add whole garlic cloves to the inside. Very tasty!

Amazing! So tasty and moist. Trying out her stock recipe with the bones.

Very moist results I pushed onion slices and thyme sprigs from my garden under the skin of the breast. At 250 in a convection oven, the 5lb chicken took two and a half hours. I also laid thick sliced bacon over the top of the bird for the first two hours for basting purposes.

Good. Not sure I would make it again. Breasts were a little chewy. Think I just prefer grilled chicken breasts.

Amazing! I used McCormicks Mediterranean Sea Salt on the top and it was by far the best chicken I've ever made and it was the easiest!!!
