This recipe is wonderful! Made mine in the instant pot in 25 minutes. Make sure you love the taste of your bbq sauce because the whole dish tastes liketo it! I'd say the liquid triples. My pot was near full!

Didn’t follow exactly. Made it into what I called “Kathy’s Surprise “. Ted liked it. Used chopped bell pepper.
I tried to make a homemade barbecue sauce and it didn't turn out perfect but the dish still tasted really good!
