Instead of the prepared barbecue sauce I used ¾ cup organic ketchup, ¼ cup mustard, 2T honey and a pinch each of black and cayenne pepper. Mixed it all together and then divided per recipe. Came out very nicely.

Prepared per the recipe. Added a diced habanero pepper for an extra kick. Will definitely make again!

This turned out great! I didn’t love my bbq sauce so I added a little mustard and agave. Some of my peppers were very soft and exploded and some were fine. Either way you are eating them. They taste good.. I would rate 8.8 of 10.

I did not like the barbecue flavor! It would have better tasted with regular sauce!

This dish is delicious! My whole family loved it including my picky teenager. She used some of the extra filling I had leftover and put it inside a tortilla for a snack. Shared this recipe with my sister and her family loved it as well.

So delicious! I made this for work lunches and all my coworkers kept asking what that amazing smell was. Would definitely make again.

Great flavor combinations! I added a little ground seasoned tofu for some additional texture which worked great.

This recipe is wonderful! Made mine in the instant pot in 25 minutes. Make sure you love the taste of your bbq sauce because the whole dish tastes liketo it! I'd say the liquid triples. My pot was near full!

Didn’t follow exactly. Made it into what I called “Kathy’s Surprise “. Ted liked it. Used chopped bell pepper.

I tried to make a homemade barbecue sauce and it didn't turn out perfect but the dish still tasted really good!
