Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 pound Velveeta (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter (cut into small pieces)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid.
  2. Cook on LOW 2-1/2 to 3 hours (or on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 hours).
  3. Turn slow cooker off. Stir macaroni and cheese; let stand, covered, 15 min. before serving.

Very easy to make. Surprisingly the noodles dont have the starchy texture from cooking in a crockpot.

Sounds easy to make and delicious. What size slow cooker do you need for this recipe? Haven't made this recipe yet. Am looking for ones to make in slow cooker.

Loved this. So easy to prepare and so creamy. Recipe said to cook on low for between 2-1/2 to 3 hours. It was perfect at 2 hours, 45 minutes.
