    Ok, but a tad bland. Added about a tablespoon more of the cumin, tbl of dried chopped onion, tbl of cardimon and a teaspoon of allspice, plus salt/pepper to taste.

    So good! A go-to recipe for me. I like to add green beans and sometimes mushrooms to bring some more vegetables into the mix.
