Very hearty meal. Nothing about it really stands out though so I think toppings like avocado, cilantro, cheese, and/or sour cream are necessary.

Delicious and filling. My boyfriend (who is not vegan) loved it as well. I just added a little more cayenne and chili powder for an extra kick.

Very enjoyable soup. I cooked on low for five hours and sweet Potato wasn’t done so had to turn it up to high for the last couple of hours. Otherwise we ate it up

We love this chili! I make it for my family at least a few times a month while we have colder weather. As is, it was a bit too spicy for my kiddos, so we tried it with half of the chili powder and cayenne and it was perfect for even our 10 month old. A good recipe is one you can adjust when you need to, we've made it with all kinds of combinations of different beans, and veggies. Its great with some Traders Joe's Beef-less ground beef added too!!

It turned out fine. I thought it would have been a little bit thicker, like chili, but it came out more likes stew. It was fine.

This is seriously the most amazing chili ever, it has great flavor and isn't too spicy to those of you who aren't fans of spiciness! and it's so easy to make!! and most importantly boyfriend approved :)

I omitted all the spicy ingredients so my son could eat it. I also omitted sweet potatoes and corn, and used red kidneys and white kidneys. It was great! A little more salt and some homemade crackers!
