OMG! This so delicious .followed recipe exactly. Wouldn’t change a thing. Had enough flank left so I am making the flank steak sliders(found on this site) later in the week. They look so delicious with melted havarti cheese on that delicious flank. Serving with baked beans and cole slaw. Sounds awesome to me.

I’ve made this twice now. It’s excellent. The only change to the recipe is that I added way more garlic. Delicious!

Super good. Made the recipe just as is. Only needed 5 hours in the crock pot. Will make again

Very tender and had great flavor. After I removed the meat I stirred a little beef broth and corn starch into the juices to make it a little thicker. We will certainly make it again.

Like pulled pork - but pulled flank!
Kept to recipe. Used Red wine.
Poured the Liquid over brown rice.
