It was a lovely thick soup that is great for autumn. It had a nice tangy and sweetness to it. I didn't have any apple cider vinegar so I substituted it for rice vinegar. I will be making this soup again soon. :)

Great. I stirred a couple tablespoons of brown butter at the very last second. Great cold-weather soup.
