delicious, but would like to figure out how to make it without so many carbs

It was amazing ❤️ will definitely make it again!

This recipe super disappointed. The sauce does not stick at all and was really watery. I had to add a lot of flour to thicken it and a lot of spices to give it any flavor, then the stirring caused the chicken to fall apart. Not recommended.

Had it over basmati brown rice. It was decent.

Not terrible, not great. Sauce does not stick to chicken, but it does have a good taste. I wouldn't suggest it, but it just depends on the person!

This was just meh. It had a weird taste to it, which was probably due to the ketchup. And thankfully I read the reviews before making it because it did cook faster than the directions say. I just used a meat thermometer & had to check in on it periodically. Won’t be making this again.

The chicken definitely cooks faster than 4 hours and the ratio of honey to the ketchup and soy should probably go up to make a thicker sauce/ coating. Up the red pepper if you like it spicy!

We really enjoyed this recipe. Definitely full of flavor and great served with brown rice.

It was really good! My six year old and one year old even loved and had a second helping.

Not great. The sauce doesn’t stick and it dried out the chicken. I won’t be making this again. I gave it 3 stars because it was edible.

It tasted really good, however didn’t have much of a honey flavor. Sauce didn’t stick well to chicken. Served chicken over white rice then drizzled sauce from the crock pot over rice and it tasted really good!

tender chicken. breaks apart with ease. might have to look into making the sauce thicker so it sticks to the chicken better
Jessica Voskes 26 Mar
delicious! easy only yook 4 hours and great over rice

Sauce seems to be missing something & would prefer it thicker. Will use chicken thighs instead next time, as the chicken was a bit dry even after cutting it off an hour & 20 minutes ahead of time.
Nicole Traas 25 Mar
The chicken was super dry. The sauce was tasty but didn't thicken. Broiled the chicken and it just made it more dry. Might try the sauce in a stove top preparation with chicken thighs.

Used Chicken thighs instead of breasts so they would stay moist. Good flavor but fairly pedestrian. 3 1/2 stars since it was so easy to make.

Great taste! I’m a fan of garlic and honey this fit the bill

Turned out well. I didn’t

even the kids loved it -- made it two times in one week

I liked it. Added a teaspoon of cayenne pepper instead of red pepper flakes to make it have a bit more kick. Thickened the sauce with cornstarch at the end and it came out tasty!

next time we would like to make sauce thicker more like a glaze and add some bell peppers ,green onions

Didn’t like it at all. It was a wast of chicken breast! We followed the recipe to a t - but the taste was just awful :(

Made this flavor is good but the sauce did not get thick at all...
Hello, Mrs. Woman. 4 Mar
Never thickened and the flavor wasn’t as good as it sounded wasn’t a bad dish, just not a good one either

I used the same concept but instead of honey i used maple syrup. A 50/50 mixture (no ketchup) on slow cook was, for me, the ultimate wings dish. The soy/syrup mixes down to a thick sauce, but it takes a between 3-4 hours depending on volume.

Haven’t made it yet, trying to get directions.
