Love this recipe - so easy

This is my go to recipe for pot luck dinners! People fall all over themselves when they taste it! The feta and splash of vinegar sets it apart from all the other spinach-artichoke dip recipes. I like to fill a cast iron pan with it, top with mozzarella, and stick it under the broiler until its gooey and bubbly, then serve it with toasted slices of crusty French bread.
