    Really easy basic recipe that turned out SO GOOD! The grocery store was out of smoked turkey pieces when I went, so I just used ham hocks. The greens turned out so tender and had the perfect amount of seasoning. Next time I may add a pinch of red pepper flakes though to try and spice it up!
