I followed the directions as stated, except I used Mexican cheese blend instead of mozzarella. The chicken came out dry, however the flavor was very good. Next time I’ll probably bake it instead and hope for a better outcome

Made this for our dinner tonight. I shredded the chicken and put it over chips like a taco salad. It qas really good. I will make it again.

My husband loved it, but I thought it was only OK. It didn't have as much depth of flavor but was very moist and tender. I would opt for a different kind of cheese next time, as mozzarella is a bit bland for something like this. Maybe Monterrey jack, like someone suggested.

I used Monterrey Jack cheese instead of Mozzarella cheese. I like it better with Salsa. The dish was simple and tasted awesome. It will be a regular for a while.

Took more time than expected to make I cooked the chicken in the crockpot for over 2 1/2 hours and the meat never came to fully cooked so I think if I just did a bit of precook or started cooking a few hours prior than I did, then dinner would have been done on a more timely manner! But other than that love the slow cooker idea, and the minimal amount of ingredients this is a great choice for an easy meal! My family really enjoyed it! Made with a side of baked beans and a side pasta and it was delicious!

This turned out really good. I didn't reduce the salsa, just threw it in the crockpot. My chicken breast was frozen and I don't think it even took 2 whole hours. I also added a couple tbsp of Italian seasoning. The Italian seasoning makes a world of difference.

We really enjoyed it! It was really easy and super tasty. I cooked the chicken on high in the slow cooker for 1.5 hours, but I think 1 hour would've been perfect. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!!
