Pretty good. Fam liked it, had seconds. I cut even more fat by using fat-free evaporated milk and turkey bacon. A little bland, used more freshly ground pepper than called for; probably try other spices next time.

It was amazing. Our granddaughter was with us and said she’d never had such a good soup. Very tasty, I didn’t use evaporated milk, just regular. I doubt it made a difference.

Pretty good. Bacon grease gave it a good flavor. Needed a bit more salt. Not an expert cook and a little nervous about making the roux but it was simple.

Made this to use up the excess amount of potatoes after St. Patrick day. The family loved this soup. I replaced the bacon with pancetta and xooked the pancetta with the soup. I also omitted the flour because we prefer a brothy soup. Great soup.

Not very flavorful. even did the bacon grease. ill eat the leftovers. but wont be making again. mostly due to my kids complaints

The guys in my family went back for seconds. I enjoyed it, I will use a bit less Greek yoghurt next time as it was a bit tangy for my taste but the mild cheese evened that out some.
