Wonderful! The best crockpot pot roast I have made by far! Will definitely be my new go to! I followed recipe but I cooked it on high for 6-7 hours in a Kitchenaide crockpot as the high for this brand is more like a low. Yum!

It was so tasty with the garlic and spices. The meat turned out tender and juicy, the vegetables were quite done because I sliced them too small. Also, I preheated the crockpot on high then put it on low after 10 minutes and it was done in 4-5 hours. It was still perfect!! We will definitely use this recipe again.
