I made some changes in that I didn't use the broiler but pretty much stayed true to the recipe. In addition, I used an assortment of spices that had available. The family loved it! Trying to replicate 😀

Can eat onions, substitued fennel. Turn out good and was very tasty, nice an tender. Great for pork sandwiches, pork and noodles, pork in bean soups.
