Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork ribs (country)
  • 1/4 cup dark karo syrup
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan except pork ribs.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Brown the ribs, transfer everything to a slow cooker.
  4. Cook on medium heat 4 to 5 hours.
