Delicious, lots of flavor. We enjoyed it and will make again. Only thing I did differently was used a smaller loin and next time I might reduce the thyme just a bit

Fantastic-I used a thermometer to monitor internal temp The only thing I changed to as I used 2 to butter with 2 the flour to create in the same saucepan I had seared the pork loin-then added the liquid from the pork loin to create the gravy Family absolutely loved!!!!

Good flavors but over-cooked. I even read the reviews beforehand and listened to all the recommendations to cook for less time. I started to check the temp at nearly 4 hours and it was already up to 159° (3lb). I was a bit disappointed, as I was aiming for 145. Keep an eye on your pork loin if you don’t want to over-do it. Despite being a bit tough, the spices were flavorful.

I made this when my grandson was visiting for the week. He is a very picky eater and he loved it. And my husband could not tell me enough how delicious and tender the pork tasted. Love the crock pot recipes.

ive made this several times and it is the tastiest pork loin ive ever done! I discovered by accident that it is better if you double the seasonings, soy sauce and lemon juice and throw the extra into the broth during cooking. I also think it is best to let it cook until its almost falling apart.. my son begged me to let him drink the broth out of the crock pot! I deleted all my other pork loin recipes after making this one. a definite win!!
