- 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 inches thick, about 2 lbs.)
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 32 oz. sauerkraut
- 2 apples (large, sliced)
- 1 sweet onion (large, sliced)
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup French's Classic Yellow Mustard
- 3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Directions
- SEASON pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and brown chops.
- ADD sauerkraut, apples and onions to slow cooker. Arrange chops on top of sauerkraut mixture. Combine apple juice, mustard, brown sugar, and thyme and pour over chops.
- COVER and cook on Low 8 to 9 hours or Low 4 to 5 hours or until pork is tender.
