It was perfect! Sauce was creamy and flavorful my kids couldn’t get enough! Will be making this again and we added it as a family favorite

I used boneless pork tenderloin so it came out a little dry but will try again with pork chops next time. I didn't have any gravy and made my own with the pork dippings from the pan so it wasn't too salty. I should have added more cornstarch because the end sauce was a little runny. Overall, pretty yummy. Next time, I will sear the porkchops and mushrooms with garlic.

Excellent! I added a whole, chopped red onion on top of the mushrooms and deglazed the pan with red wine, then added over the chops. Will definitely make again

I MADE THIS WITH 3 PORK TENDER LOINS....AWESOME IS THE ONLY WORD, PLUS I FROZE HALF OF IT IN SINGLE SERVING CONTAINERS..NUKED THEM 2 WEEKS LATER, AND THEY WERE EVEN BETTER...

Delicious! Added garlic and pepper when browning meat in skillet. I also started a bit late so I cooked in high for 3 hours instead of low for longer.

i used greek yogurt instead of sour cream

I'm VERY surprised by all the positive reviews here. Unless my wife did something wrong, this recipe just didn't work for us. First, cooking pork chops for 6-8 hours, absolutely KILLED them. The texture was like Bumble Bee tuna from a can. Second, the sauce was incredibly bland - not like any Stroganoff I've ever had. Maybe - MAYBE this dish would be slightly better with a meat that is more suitable for braising, like pork belly, pot roast, etc, but not pork chops. Sorry, but this was a huge disappointment, and a waste of time for us.

It was so easy. Threw it together in the am and then cook some egg noodles and my kids loved it. Was good for lunch the next day too.

simple and flavorful. De-glazing is a definite must do to get all that flavor in. Just take the extra minute and find out. I will make this again as I'm sure my wife will be vigilant in asking for it.

Good and easy to prepare and cleanup. We too thought something just tweaked slightly might get it to that 5 star rating. We will try served over rice or pasta to see if that helps soak up the flavor better, or maybe add just one or two extra spices.

Turn out sooooo good that it's gone in minutes!!!!!!

It turned out really, really good! The one bad thing was that it was so tender... the bones were in the sauce. I also had to add some soy sauce to add a little zing to it. I will definitely make it again. Very easy and very tasty!

This is wonderful! Full of flavor and so easy

This turned out great and was really easy. I added rings of onion on the top. I may add a little Worcestershire sauce in the future.

Very good! Family really enjoyed it! I forgot the sour cream at the end so it was more like gravy- but still good.

Very Simple and tastes great. Kids loved it too. I used 4 very thick pork chops and added a little more butter and cream of mushroom soup. Great recipe and very easy, thank you! Suggest you serve over egg noodles or rice. Adding this to my monthly dinners.

Fantastic. Very simple and, honestly, the first meal I’ve made in a crockpot. I grew up on pork chops that were much like hockey pucks and this is anything but. Definitely sear the meat first and, as mine were a bit thicker of a chop, still fell off the bone with excellent flavor/finish at 9hr on low. Thank you for sharing! I will make these again.

I don’t know why it said butter in the ingredients list but then didn’t have it in the instructions

my pork chops could've used more color but still a nice dish.
