Ingredients

  • 1 beef roast (– use your favorite cut, I like sirloin tip for our family of 5)
  • 1 package ranch dressing
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter (sliced up)
  • 10 pepperoncinis (look for them in the aisle with the pickles)
  • 1/4 cup juice (pepperoncini)
  • 3/4 cup water

It turned out great. I did not,have Pepperoncini. Used some rub,and montreal steak spice, then sheared the roast on all sides before placing in the slow cooker. It was great. As it was only a little over 2lbs was cooked in 3 hours on low so I turned it to warm setting until we where ready to it. Made a wonderful gravy to go with the meal.
