No just no! It smelled wonderful cooking but the taste is like yuck!! I’m trying to figure out how to salvage the roast without the dogs getting five pounds of pork!

This is great recipe and taste just as good as leftovers. I definitely recommend this recipe anytime of year.

This is my go to pork loin recipe! Added a bit of fennel seed, and more sugar to the sauce! Every time I make this I get rave reviews,

I had a 4 lb. boneless back pork loin and followed this recipe but found 4 hours cooking at low was enough. It was tender, juicy and tasty. I didn't make any changes to the recipe but I didn't add the extra tsp of sugar at the end. It wasn't needed. My guests loved the roast!

So totally delishous smelling while its cooking for 5-6hrs, everyone in the house can hardly contain themselves from opening the lip and taking a taste!
