  • 1 package sliced mushrooms (8 oz each fresh)
  • 1 package baby spinach leaves (6 oz each)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each Hunt's®, with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained)
  • 2 cups tomato sauce (Hunt's®)
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning (dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 container part-skim ricotta cheese (8 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian cheese blend (shredded, divided)
