Yummy! Cooked in the instant pot start to finish. Seasoned chicken with Italian seasoning, seared on both sides, then cooked under high pressure 15 min removed the chicken, turn on sauté again, and wisk in the flour/butter to make sauce. Big hit tonight! Served with leftover quinoa and zucchini. Will make again!!
