This dish was awesome and so easy. I have never been a good cook. And no one ever compliments me on anything I cooked. However with this chicken recipe my guest were shocked. I am preparing this dish tonight for the 2nd time.

I just made this tonight for dinner and it was amazing! I pretty much stuck to the recipe this time but in the future I would like to try using olive oil in place of the butter to make it a little healthier.
