Minimal flavor and even uses the exact amount of ground turkey the middle didn't fully cook even though the outside burnt.

This turned out WAY too mushy in the middle! I followed the directions, but made 1.5 the recipe because I had a lot of turkey. I put it in a glass meatloaf pan and cooked on high for 4 hours in my crockpot. At 4 hours, the internal temp was 180, so I assumed it was done. I sliced a piece and put it on my plate and it was just mush. So, I'm now putting the meatloaf in the oven. Hopefully, it'll dry out some.
