- 1 green pepper (large, diced)
- 1 cup brown sugar

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

I used apple cider vinegar and I felt like you could taste it too much in the sauce. Next time I would use a bit less vinegar and a bit less pineapple chunks.

Meatballs were dry, sauce was watery. The flavor was weird and gross. Not a fan.

This recipe is a family favorite. It's really so so so delicious! My sons gobble it up, and so do I. It's practically impossible to have just one serving... beware!
