  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (bottled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/3 cup flour

It was really good. I didn’t have red wine so I used dry sherry and it was delicious!

It turned out great. I did use red potatoes left the skin on and cut into quarters, threw in some baby carrots and quartered onions. The gravy was delicious. I followed the instructions and also added about 3/4 cup of merlot. This was so easy and the result was great. The meat was tender and the veggies were perfect. Yummy!
