Loved the flavor and happy I went with the chicken thighs. I was using a 7qt pot so I use a half a cup of water vs. a quarter. Next time I will double up the recipe so I have some leftovers.

The recipe was good but a little tangy. I used chicken breast and they came out tender and moist. If I make again I will add onions and melt my cream cheese prior to avoid it being lumpy. I served this with white rice and added cayenne pepper along with red crushed pepper. Also I would add a vegetable like carrots to add more flavor and maybe use cream of mushroom instead of chicken.

Very easy to make like the previous reviews mentioned. I added potatoes and onions as well as the pepper. Added some extra spices and it was delightfully deelicious

Very very tasty. The family kept asking what was I cooking, I said it was a surprise. When they tasted they said that was some surprise and are looking forward to the next time I cook it.

I think this recipe has potential to be amazing but I recommend tasting as you go and adjust the seasoning, perhaps even including an extra half packet of ranch. I did not taste while cooking and followed the recipe exactly. It was lacking in salt and some other seasonings in my opinion. With extra seasoning it would have been perfect!! I also had to use cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

Ugh, I can't say enough about this dish. it was amazing! ive made it twice now, i serve it over white rice and its gone before the meal is over, and we always have leftovers!
