I made this today for dinner and it was good. Very easy to make!! I used chicken breast and it was very tender. I also added mushrooms which added a lot to the taste. The meal was pretty bland though. I couldn’t taste the ranch seasoning at all. Next time I will definitely use more than the recipe calls for.

Turn out great, I did a double batch my daughter and husband said they could eat it every day.

Super yummy! I added a cream of mushroom in addition to the cream of chix and added a yellow pepper so I could have extra broth/juices to cover the rice as well lots of flavor I also shredded the chicken too so it took less time to cook in the crock pot

Not a huge fan. It was quite bland and tasted too rich without much substance.

Great, loved it, i add more water than I should have and made a soup and added broccoli and the whole 8 oz of cream cheese

Flavor was less than expected, sauce was very thin. I would definitely use chicken breasts next time, just because I'm not a fan of thighs. But it is an easy throw together meal

This turned out amazing! I substituted cream of mushroom soup and I diced up fresh carrots instead of peppers.

This was a hit at my house. The kids loved it (even my picky eater). This will be in rotation this winter!

Wonderful flavor. Used split breasts & baked in the oven at 375 for 25 minutes. The cream cheese mixture is hard to get smooth...I'll use a blender next time.

It was so delicious! I used fat free cream cheese and more ranch powder than the original recipe. And the leftovers became a delicious rigatoni pasta!

Meh. Not my taste in flavors.

Ultimately a good dish. I made a little extra sauce because I have a big family, added carrots and celery, and used chicken broth instead of water. Next time, I’ll omit the water/broth entirely to make a thicker sauce. To incorporate my cream cheese into the dinner and make sure there weren’t any clumps like previous posters, I softened the cream cheese in the microwave for thirty seconds first. I did add salt to my separate portion. Served over rice this was a good dinner. Rated a 4 star because I did have to make tweaks to mine.

I think I messed up the ranch sauce, So the next time it should be better.

Loved the flavor and happy I went with the chicken thighs. I was using a 7qt pot so I use a half a cup of water vs. a quarter. Next time I will double up the recipe so I have some leftovers.

It was delicious and I’m making it again since the cold weather has hit!
