Super rich and lemony and delicious. I feel like the 5 minutes on the skillet was a bit much so I may reduce next time.

Family loved it. It’s been added to my easy meals collection. Slightly too much fat for my taste, so I may tone that down next time. In my opinion it needs more garlic and lemon, but our family are big on those flavours. Added extra of both. Also sprinkled some Parmesan on after. Also used salted butter and still felt it needed more salt after cooking, but again, this could just be our taste. Had it with Parmesan potatoes, beautiful flavours and simple to make. Thank you

Added carrots and potatoes at the bottom of the pot. Was oretty good, would add more lemon and maybe more liquid.

I followed the directions exactly, I cooked on low heat, and it was delicious. There was still plenty of butter at the end of the 4 hours for the sauce. The resulting sauce was very good on the chicken and quinoa that I made to accompany it. I would make this again.

The recipe sounded fantastic with the ingredients and the brightness of the lemon juice and the zest, they complement chicken very well what happened was, i followed the recipe to the letter, The chicken in the crockpot was scirched on low after 3 hours. So there went the sauce. We compensated by cooking pasta, draining it, and then put it in a sauce pan and added cream with parmesan, it turned out ok after it was topped with the overdone chicken. unlikely will do this recipe again..
