on a cold, rainy, spring day, this soup was a great way to warm up. Just the right amount of heat. I used medium-hot Pueblo Chilis instead of jalapeno peppers.
Slow cooked overnight added fresh cilantro and extra tomatoes into soup instead of after. Amazing. Lunches for days
Made this exactly as written. Too much broth and was bland. Half the broth and would prob be much better.

Loooooved it! I didn't add the jalapeño to keep it milder for my guests. I used plain Greek yogurt because I had that on hand. I am planning to make it again this weekend.
