This is by far the best cream corn recipe ever! Not only does it taste amazing but so very simple to make. I especially cannot wait to make this at the next BBQ potluck!!!! Those of you who hate cleaning the crockpot, I strongly suggest using the bags. Easy clean up & easy to transfer to leftover containers (should there be any)

I used neufschattel cream instead of cream cheese, but only because it was lying around, its days numbered (soon to expire). All in all, pretty good. Would make again. Not crazy about using my crock pot for a side-dish though. But hey, who's the one who looked up slow cooked creamed corn? Who've I got to blame? Nobody but me.
