Easy-peasy and delicious! For extra flavor I like to put McCormick pork rub on the country ribs for at least 2-hours or overnight. I slice a vidalia onion and smash 3 garlic cloves and layer that on bottom of slow cooker. Used a bottle of Paul Newman's Original barbecue sauce - great!

Excellent! The only change that I made was to lay a bed of celery sticks and onion slices to the bottom of the crock vessel for personal taste, otherwise to the recipe for about six hours.
