excellent! was so tender and full of flavor, however i cooked my cabbage separate i prefer to saute in butter and olive oil then simmer in chicken stock

It was perfect! My only critique is that it might be a better idea to put the meat in first, under the veggies. Mine wouldn't fit in the crock pot any other way! Maybe I need a bigger one.

I made this for dinner and it was great! I added more vegetables because my family loves vegetables! It was very simple to make and I would certainly make this again. It is my go to recipe for corned beef.
