- 2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix (I use low sodium)
- 16 ounces salsa (use your favorite; I used a local Texas brand)

Made fajitas instead of tacos. The chicken and seasoning in the crock pot makes it the perfect pulled chicken for fajitas!! It's the ONLY way I'll be making them from now on! Delicious!

I loved these tacos, they were perfect for the Super Bowl. So easy to make! I made 4 lbs of chicken instead of two while keeping all the other ingredients the same.

Pretty good!!!!! The chicken alone was dry when I first pulled it out the crock pot to shred it. The sauce helped but I will probably cook for a shorter time next time. Also, I didn’t taste any of the lime once cooked. Maybe add at the end?

So yummy! My family loves this and I have picky eaters. Sometimes I don’t plan ahead so I used frozen chicken in my instant pot and pressure cooked all the ingredients for 30min. I used Newman’s Mango Salsa and it adds a bit of sweetness. Was sooooo delish and took no time at all. This recipe usually feeds my family for a few days. We love it with added cheese and guacamole and sour cream but totally delicious without anything on top or just ranch dressing.

Very good. As a cilantrophobe, I omitted it, and the chicken was still tasty, and my spicy loving family loved it.

I used salsa verde and it was delicious! My crockpot also gets very hot, so I only needed to let mine cook on low for 4 hours. I’ll definitely be adding this to my dinner rotation!

So yummy! Easiest dish ever and it makes for great leftovers. The cilantro and lime makes it super fresh

Will not make again, easy...yes, flavorful...no.

This was fantastic! I am a huge salsa freak but my wife, not so much. So I did awkwardly substitute sals for some good tomato purée and it actually turned out really good!!!

Mushy nasty waste of chicken. Salsa was weird tasting, cliantro became bitter and lime overwhelmed everything. Dogs wouldn't eat it.

Turned out great would have given it a 5 star rating but I have a cynical 10 years old

I didn't have time to slow cook this since I stumbled upon the recipe later in the evening, so I threw it in my instapot. Talk about wonderful! It was finished in 30 minutes. Very flavorful and juicy!
