I make this dinner at least once a month. Everyone’s favorite for sure and for a family of eight that’s saying something.

Amazing!! Made this with chicken thighs. Very tender. If you like spice, add spicy salsa to the crockpot.

This is a new favorite in our house! It’s easily converted into a gluten free meal as long as you get gluten free taco seasoning and tortillas. It’s so easy to make and so delicious! Just throw everything in the crock pot, wait a few hours, and you’re good to go!

I make this probably 5 or 6 times every couple months because it’s really quick and it tastes amazing. It’s also simple so there’s a lot of room for experimentation.

Super easy and surprisingly delicious. Also a great healthy alternative to the fatty beef tacos we are used to making.

I used dried cilantro but if i had the time i would've used the fresh, as it would have doubled the cilantro flavor.
