  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 ounces, each, drained)
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces, each, cut into cubes)
  • 16 ounces American cheese (processed, cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • tortilla chips (or assorted fresh vegetables)

    Directions

    1. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until meat is no longer pink; drain.
    2. Transfer sausage to a slow cooker. Add tomatoes with chilies and cheeses.
    3. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    4. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
