- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cups all purpose potatoes
- 1 carrots
- 1 celery
- 28 ounces cream style corn
- 1 lipton recip secret golden onion soup mix
- 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup whipping heavy cream
- In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except bacon and heavy cream.
- Cook covered on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir in bacon and heavy cream. Garnish, if desired, with shredded cheddar cheese.
