Made this recipe tonight with skinless thigh fillets and it tasted delicious. Didn’t have enough soy sauce so used some worchestershire and oyster sauce to make up amount. Used apple cider vinegar instead of rice vinegar and added a half teaspoon of sugar to make up the missing sweetness. also included baby carrots. Will absolutely make again

Great recipe base recipe for adobo. I didnt add ginger. Next time I make I may double the sugar. It came out a little salty. Or try low sodium soy sauce.
