Amazingly easy and delicious! What a simple way to make use of left-over roasted chicken (or any style left-over chicken). I used a red onion, drained a can of corn, and chicken that was left over from the night before. This recipe was a hit with my family!

Super easy. I use chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts, the family size box of yellow rice, the family size cream of chicken soup and a whole bag of cheese. This is absolutely my go to meal!!!

It was a great dish! Very easy to make, and very yummy! My 21 month old loved it as well. It is hard to get her to eat meats, but she gobbled it right up!
