  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (Franks Red, or Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or other sweetener of your choice)
  • hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons green Tabasco sauce
  • 5 tablespoons blue cheese dressing (thick, I like Lighthouse Original Blue Cheese for this.)
  • 2 tablespoons low fat buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 head green cabbage (thinly sliced and then chopped)
  • 1/4 head red cabbage (thinly sliced and then chopped)
  • 1/2 cup green onion (thickly sliced)
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 8 collard leaves (large, washed and dried)
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese (for serving + more blue cheese to add to the slaw if desired)
