  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (unrefined, In this recipe we used coconut palm sugar. Other alternatives are sucanat and honey)
  • 13 1/2 ounces lite coconut milk
  • 1 2/3 cups low fat milk
  • 2/3 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
