- 2 pounds chuck steak (sliced thin, about 1-inch thick)
- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 heads broccoli (cut into florets)

Turned out awesome! Sauce didn’t thicken at all though.

I also had to thicken the sauce on the stove but amazing recipe! I added minced garlic!

The sauce didn’t thicken in the crock pot so I ended up pouring it into a sauce pan and boiling it with more corn starch there. Overall a good dish; but it was missing something I can’t put my finger on. I think next time I’ll season the meat directly with a little pepper and garlic.
