Wouldn't make it again. The soy sauce overpowered the pork and the flavor profile didn't replicate Banh Mi at all.

really tasty. great with thai basil or cilantro. i used less garlic just cuz i'm sensitive to the flavor. its great as is but i would probably use a bit less sugar and more jalapeno just to make it more to my taste. very good and easy and cheap
