This is the one. Changes for next time, will reduce liquid in half. 2 cups apple juice, not 4. But will keep brown sugar same and increase mustard. Maybe rub 1 TBSP on meat and 1 TBSP mixed with liquid. Also, think carrots need to be around meat to give more room for cabbage.

It turned out very well, had a hint of sweetness to the corned beef that was very tasty. Not a huge cabbage guy, I thought the taste was a little over-whelming.
