- 14.75 oz. cream style corn
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion (large, finely chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard powder (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tabasco
- 2 Tbsp. water

- 1 cup shredded Jack cheese (Cheddar, 1/2 of each, Cheddar & Jack rather than a blend makes it very attractive)

It was good, but next time I will adjust to 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef and add more catchup. The cornbread part needs no adjustment, was yummy!
