Not the same old boring Sloppy Joes that seem to pop up on my menu all too often considering how easy they are to make. These were just as easy and I think my family liked them better than regular SJs. I actually made them during my lunch hour and threw them in the crock pot to keep warm until serving time (which was after my son's 5:00 baseball game). I was worried the chicken would take on too much heat while crock pot soaking all afternoon in that buffalo sauce but it did not. They were very yummy and I am going to make a big batch for my next party...would be perfect to serve instead of the same old boring wings or buffalo chicken dip.
