I modified the recipe. It was okay but next time I will follow directions completely

Love this but changed some ingredients. Added whole milk greek yogurt cause anything low fat has hidden sugars in it. You will notice on the yogurt labels low fat greek yogurt has more sugar. Also used unsweetened vanilla almond milk cause there is no sugar in it and low fat milk has 11 grams of sugar and sugar makes you fat. (as much as a chocolate chip cookie and 12 gms of sugar is your allotment for the day) added chia seeds cause they make you feel full and absorbs some of the sugar from the fruit. I always change recipes up to fit my needs

Very good! I prefer Honey to maple syrup, but otherwise followed ingredients.

It was ok, felt like it was missing something to thicken it up.

I really liked it but I thought it could use some oats and ice in it.

Absolutely perfect! Smooth blend of flavor

Easy to make, and tastes great! This was my first official smoothie, and I'm glad; big incentive to keep trying. One note for those that might be new to this, get a cup that's bigger than you think you need! I used a tall tumbler, and it fit, but just barely. LOL!

Turned out great! Omitted the maple syrup and vanilla and replaced with a scoop of vanilla protein powder!

Yum! This smoothie is so good and satisfying. I made it exactly according to the recipe and it was delicious, though perhaps a bit too thick. The avocado gives it a decadent creaminess that feels like a caloric violation.

When you adjust this down to 1 serving, there's a reason it's so low in calories - there's not enough there to run a normal blender. I ended up adjusting it and adding more of each ingredient just to get it to cover the blades.

One word says it all ... YUM! Love it on the first try. It may just be my go to smoothie, but we'll see, haven't tried very may so far but planning to. :)

I used just a tad more vanilla and maple syrup.....also added 1 tbs of cinnamon.....will be making it again!

I thought it was delicious and will for sure make it again. I did not add the vanilla or maple syrup and only a small amount of milk so it was more like a milk shake.

I followed the recipe exactly. It was ok. I thought that it was really bland and it just didn't have any flavor. It wasn't bad, just meh. I probably won't make it again.
