  • 4 fillets steak (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 667 cups veal stock
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon black truffles (finely chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons Balsamico Bianco
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 zucchini (cut lengthways into very thin strips, each approx. 10 cm long)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
