Ingredients

  • 1 cup original pancake and baking mix
  • 1/3 cup skippy creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 banana (large, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large eggs

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet sprayed with no-stick cooking spray over medium-low heat. Scoop 1/8-cup batter into skillet and cook, turning once, until pancakes are golden brown; repeat with remaining batter. Serve, if desired, with your favorite syrup.
