used ground chicken, added a 4 ounce can of drained,chopped green chilis and used cheese had in the fridge. Family favorite.

amazing dish. made it multiple times
so i suck at making rice, so left it out, and i didnt take the amount of sauce into account. so a little runny but DELISH!
